Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Lensiq is a no-code machine-learning tool that lets you train prediction models on your own data. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account information — your email address and (optionally) your name when you register.
• Trained models — after you upload a dataset and run training, the resulting prediction model is saved to your account so you can use it for future predictions.
• Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the app (e.g. pages visited, actions taken) to help us improve the product.

3. Your data — what we do NOT store

When you upload a CSV file, it is used exclusively to train your prediction model. Once training is complete, the raw file and its contents are discarded and never written to permanent storage. We do not retain, index, or analyse your raw data beyond what is necessary to run the training pipeline in that moment.

The model that results from training is tied to your account and is not shared with or accessible by any other user. No two users ever share the same model.

4. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Lensiq service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To save and retrieve your trained models.
• To improve and develop the product based on usage patterns.
• To contact you if needed (e.g. security notices).

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

5. Data security

All data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we apply industry-standard practices to protect your information.

6. Data retention

Your account and trained models are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Raw CSV data is never retained beyond the training session.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out to us directly. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Lensiq after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
